    Billy will arrive to our China office on July 31 to August 01, he would like discuss with you about our company's procedure

    We just receive an update forwarder information from our customer, it is not handle by you. Thank you for your help

    Zoe - what is a "clear report" - a report that has been cleared and accepted, or a report that is in itself easy to understand?

    clear report - my meaning is more clear report, as the one I sent it before was so dark and unclear

    Then you could say "...attached is a clarified report... which will make better sense than "a clear report". Something that is clarified is something that has been made clearer.
