Suppose Team A has 32 members and Team B has 10 members.
Which of the following sentences is correct?

(1) Team A has more than 3 times as many members as Team B.
(2) More than 3 times as many members as Team B is in Team A.
(3) The members of Team A are more than 3 times as many as Team B.
(4) The members of Team A are more than 3 times the number of Team B.
(5) More than three times of the numbers of Team B are in Team A.
Is there any other expressions to indicate the similar meaning?

I think only the first variant is correct.

Besides, 'The number of players in team A is more than 3 times as big as in team B.'

"Team A is more than three times as big as Team B."

For (2), I just wanted to imitate the following example.

More than twice as many tons of corrugated cardboard are recycled each year than (are tons of) newspaper.

Are the following sentences grammatical?

More than 3 times as many members as Team B has are in Team A.
More than 3 times as many players are in Team A as/than are in Team B.
More than 3 times as many players are in Team A as/than of/in Team B.

Why are (3) and (4) not correct?

The sentence you want to imitate is not well-formed. I don't think you should use it as a guide to good English.
3. and 4. (and 2.) are awkward. There are better ways of saying it (1., for example, which I agree is the only good alternative.)

1. More than 3 times as many members as Team B has are in Team A. Yes, this is grammatical, but I wouldn't recommend it.
2. More than 3 times as many players are in Team A as there are in Team B. Grammatical, better than 1. but I still wouldn't recommend it.
3. More than 3 times as many players are in Team A as/than of/in Team B. No, not worth getting into.
