| As I try to make heads or tails of this: There is a movement towards giving more and more clinical responsibility to junior staff. One way to deal with this and reduce this flow, is to say, yes, they can have more to do and more responsibility ...BUT we will teach how cases should be prioritized so that junior staff are taking responsibility for and treating more cases that are within their competence, and high priority patients are maintained for care by senior staff. I hope lives are not resting on your response to this load of intellectualized gibberish. |
