A full man refers to a man has knowledge.
Full means complete. One who has read widely would have a broader outlook since he has a well-rounded knowledge of most aspects of life.

A ready man refers a man has learn different opinions and he is ready to practice in writing or do anything in the real life.
Ready is a state of preparedness. To be prepared, ideas have to be discussed, deliberated upon and views and opinions sought. This is done through conference with other people.

An exact man refer to writing can help a man develop strict logic and in-depth analysis skill.
Writing is the putting down of ideas on paper. Ideas take shape and are developed through the process of writing. It enables thoughts to be concretized, disseminated and recorded for posterity.
