Default usual color

Hello

I'd like to know how to express this.
When someone is said " What's wrong with you? You look pale. " , this following answer make sense?

Answer:
Nothing special. It's my usual color.

Would you give me some better expression?

Hmm. 'Nothing special' doesn't work in that contect. What about?

1. Oh, that's just me.
2. That's my normal coloring.
