What is the correct way of writing it ...
Is it correct to say 'on a quarterly basis' or 'in a quarterly basis'?
The sentence goes this way:
One of Tom’s duties as Tech Support Assistant is to submit the DS4230 form to the main office on a quarterly basis.
Thanks.

'On a quarterly basis' is correct.
He could submit reports in a timely manner on a quarterly basis

Welcome!
"on a quarterly basis" is correct. But you can also just say '...to the main office quarterly.'
