According to my understanding, it could be changed to "Haven't you started work yet?" And I cannot think of anything else. I think we can say "You haven't started work yet?" with a rising tone to mean the same in conversation.
By the way, do you intend this to be a word game for fun? Your profile tells us that your first language is English!

I thought that this could not be a difficult question for a native speaker. Perhaps I was wrong there. Sorry for that.

Thanks for your mild criticism. It's for sure that we always have a lot to learn, including how native speakers acquire their mother tongue. I used to think English is difficult only for non-native speakers and never thought it could also be so difficult for natives.

And not just English - every language can appear to be troublesome to natives. But that's a whole other issue.

True. It took me almost a year to stop referring to myself as "mouse" in Chinese. It sounds like "teacher".
