Default please help with these sentences

Thank you for the information. Please send us your internal inspection report for our record. We need the results for 100% packed goods.

We would like confirm you that, the lot number is ok to start from no. 2 for the 2nd shipment of PO xxx. This lot number is required mark on last row beside the date code on the carton front mark

Our marketing manager Ms. Ng has applied the sub-contactor of High Tech for a few days ago, and she will submit all the relevant documentation for the approval from your company.

Hi!

I just need something clarified before I can correct your sentences. When you say "...beside the date code on the carton front mark", do you mean a kind of label on the front of the carton? If so, the correct word is 'label'.

Also, I'm unsure what you intend to say in the first sentence of the second paragraph "Ms. Ng has applied the sub-contractor". Has she called him, or hired him, or perhaps something else entirely?

Zoe - please clarify what Ms Ng has done. It makes no sense.

Hi teacher Anglika,

Is this better ?

Ms. Ng has informed and applied to use the new subcontractor of High Tech to the customer a few days ago.

Regards
Zoe

I think this might be clearer:

Ms. Ng has informed the customer about the new subcontractor for High Tech and has asked for permission to use them OR has asked for the go-ahead to use them.
