Do the word 'read' has different pronounciations in present ,past ..etc

yes it has different pronunciations in the present it's pronunced as it is read but in the past it's pronuced like the color word red

Past: Read (pronounced Red, like the colour)

I.e. "I've already read that book."

Present: Reading

I.e. "I am currently reading it."

Future: Read

I.e. "I will read it when I get the time."
