On skype sometimes we find natives that charge you for english instruction (most are not teachers but ok) and convesation, I myself have contacts that charge (usually cheap) for that but I've never used it, although I think it would be worth paying as it will save you time and solve your problem, handy.

Anyway I'm just a student and I don't really know if teachers would recommend this kind of service.
