falling slowly is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Is "this isn't the dish I have ordered." sentence right?

Dear Teachers.


or should I say "This isn't the dish I ordered?"

The better sentence is the latter. "This isn't the dish I ordered."
Simple past tense is best. (also easiest)
No need to show a connection between the past action and present.
