Default just or only / in the street or on the street?

Q.1)
what is the difference between the following two usage of prepositions with the word "street"?

- in the street
- on the street

Q.2)
Can "just" and "only" always replace(substitute for) each other ?

Are there any difference in meaning for the following sentences ?
"New systems only send data while running"
"New systems just send data while running"
"New systems send data only while running"
"New systems send data just while running"

"these magazines only come once a month"
"these magazines just come once a month"

"the airplane whisked them to Paris in only a few hours"
"the airplane whisked them to Paris in just a few hours"
"the airplane whisked them to Paris only in a few hours"
"the airplane whisked them to Paris just in a few hours"

Can you tell me the incorrect ones of the sentences above ? (obvious mistakes? or all possible?)

Thanks

Technically "in the street" means within the area of the street and "on the street" means on the surface of the street. However, you will find differences in the usage between AmE and BrE.

In these the two are interchangeable.
