Question reflection paper as materials selection format

hi!..I'm an 2nd yr education student and I have no Idea of my reporting tomorrow in my ESP subject. My topic is about "reflection paper as materials selection" I don't know where to start however, my professor gave me this:

"reflects about the types of materials that would be best more appropriate given time, availability, etc for your proposed coarse. Substantiate your position of information from coarse discussion, readings and your own experience."

Know I don't know if its like a lesson plan format in outline form or a simple reflection format.please help me.I need it badly.

It appears you have to write an essay in one night. Paper means essay.
