    Question Past Continuous Passive

    Which version is better?

    1 The earthquake was still being measuring.
    2 The earthquake was being still measuring.

    Hi, 126!

    I'd go for 1...with a minor adjustment....

    'The earthquake was still being measured.' (Passive)

    I'm not really sure whether the sentence sounds natural or not...,but it is grammatical, I believe.

    Please forgive me if I'm wrong...
