An "on ramp".

We would say "access slip road" or "exit slip road".

Thank you for your answer. It's useful to learn two kinds of expressions because I might run into a Briton.

I was just thinking that was kind of silly question about off-ramp. No doubt, it should be 'on' for the opposite of 'off'.

An "on ramp". (Am E, becoming more common in the UK but not yet fully 'naturalized')

We (conservative speakers in the UK) would say "access slip road" or "exit slip road".

ramp = an inclined surface or roadway connecting different levels
A highway ramp (as in exit ramp and entrance ramp) or slip road is a short section of road which allows vehicles to enter or exit a freeway (motorway).

off-ramp = road by which one leaves a limited access highway.
exit ramp = or "off ramp", on a freeway
on-road = road by which one enters a limited access highway.
entrance ramp = or "on ramp", on a freeway
slip road = a connector between grade-separated roads in a traffic interchange
slip road = access road = a short road giving access to an expressway
