Default Using 'DO' AND 'ARE' in a question?

Which one is correct

1.Do all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

2.Are all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

If both were wrong please correct them.

Only one verb goes with one participle ('conducted'). Both your versions have two:
Quote:
1.Do all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

2.Are all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?
If you wanted to use "Do", you could, but not with '...conducted': "do all the rounds take place on the same day.
