Dear teachers,
Would you be kind enough to express your opinion regarding the following statement?
"China Leads US Golds By More Than Half" is not the same as saying "China has more than twice as many Golds as does the US".

More than half = More than 50% more., More than twice as many = more than 100% more. So, no they do not mean the same.
