B: What is the hurry?
A: I have to meet my friend at 6 pm. This is fine and you could also say "I'm meeting" .
After finishing the meeting/get-to-gether with C,
A: It was nice meeting you after a long time. (Not correct?)
A: It was nice seeing you after a long time.
C: Same here.
