parallelism
1. Which one of the following is correct? why?
"He writes slow but well"
"He writes slow but writes well"
"He writes slow but he writes well"
Does the rule change when the sentence has a "not"?
"He does not write fast but he writes well"
"He does not write fast but writes well"
"He does not write fast but well"
2. What is the difference between "than" as a preposition and "than" as a conjunction?

All these should use "slowly".
Does the rule change when the sentence has a "not"? Which rule?
"He does not write fast but he writes well"
"He does not write fast but writes well"
"He does not write fast but well"
