I'm writing a letter to members of a finance council for a private school. They are all located at different addresses. How would I, or do I include their addresses? What would be the appropriate way to create a greeting?

I'm writing a letter to members of a finance council for a private school. They are all located at different addresses. How would I, or do I include their addresses? What would be the appropriate way to create a greeting?

For multiple addressees, the normal practice would either be to send each person a personally addressed letter with a cc listing the other addressees at the end, OR a generally addressed letter to Dear Finance Committee, with a cc listing of all members at the end.
