| 4. Sometimes I feel like dancing in THE street. There should be an article with 'street', unless it is part of a name (Oxford Street). |

| In the first place thanks for your quick response Mr. tdol. But 'THE' is used to point out a specific noun. For eg. 1. A cat. Here 'a' is general 2. The cat. Here 'The' is sepecific. So 'The street' does not point out to any specific street. Can you please explain in more details Mr. tdol. |

| Here I am using 'the street' as a generic term, describing the street as a concept, rather than referring to an indidual street. |
