Mr. + first name

Dear Teachers,

My boss's name is, say, Tom Jones.

Is it correct/acceptable to say "Mr. Tom" instead of saying "Mr.Jones"

Do native spekers use "Mr. + first name?

No, it's either Mr Jones or Tom. Mr Tom just wouldn't make sense - it would if Tom were a surname, but not in this instance.

It could be correct if there were two brothers both of whom we bosses.

"Mr. Tom Jones": or "Mr Jack Jones".
More friendly to say "Mr. Tom".

That would never be the case in the U.S. We would simply never say that at work.

Children often say "Miss Patty" or "Miz Martha" but never adults in a work setting, even if there were two people with the same last name.
