| Hi belly, any context to this? I think you wanted to say: I got accepted which means that they wanted me I got accepted: this means, they obviously wanted me. |

| Many many years ago when I was in school my English Master outlawed two words. We were not allowed to use these in any context. The idea was to force us to use a better word or phase. The two words were:- "got" & "went" |
