Default No one of you

The following sentences come from a dictionary compiled by a Chinese teacher of English:

1. No one of you could lift it. (Grammar books tell us to use 'none of...'.)
2. He can be ill at any time. (We say 'He can be very careless/ill', but
can we say 'He can be careless/ill at any time'?

Are they correct English? Or do you native speakers say such things?

Thank you in advance.

Default Re: No one of you

1. "None of... or Not one of..." either one is correct.
2. "He could be ill at any time." is better, but an unusual sentence.
