a spineless lāche
What do the words in bold mean?
Do not beg. As satifying as that might be in the moment, I'm not interested in hunting a spineless lāche.

Spineless means without backbone, and figuratively, without courage. Lache is French for coward.

Hello bhaisahab,
I understand what you mean. Just one more question.
Why the writter has added the word lāche. Isn't enough to write "I'm not interested in hunting a spineless", instead of "I'm not interested in hunting a spineless lāche."

No it's not; this isn't Portuguese!
In English there's no such thing as "a spineless". In some cases you could have the spineless - in generalizations like 'Only the spineless would accept a decision like that'. But normally you need a noun of some kind.
