Is this sentence incorrect Grammatically or content wise ?

It's incorrect. How about:
Human relationships are essentially volatile.

here Essence does not mean essential rather it means " The intrinsic or indispensable properties that serve to characterize or identify something"

I know that, and the adjective from essence is essential, and the adverb is essentially.
