Default 'Test Buster' disapproving or derogatory

Is the term 'Test Buster' disapproving or derogatory? Can I use the term to refer to people who prepare test items? What are the other words to describe them?

It's not derogatory, but it doesn't make much sense either.
Test writers? Test setters.
