plz tell the diference between these to sentences....

1. I have given 3 tests in this month.

2. I have had 3 tests in this month.

plz explain with some details....

I'm a teacher and I will give you tests to assess your learning, you will take the tests.

Also, I wouldn't use "in". I have given three tests this month or I have taken three tests this month.
