Default one sentence - is it right?

If I could I would turn back time to 20 years ago.

Does this form seem right to you, guys?

Or what about?: If I could I would turn back time 20 years earlier.

thanks for your help

The first sentence is ok, but I would rephrase it :

If I could, I would turn time back by twenty years.

I don't know if I should post a new thread but does "turn back time" mean the same as "go back in time", please?
just a student.
