A broken water pipe, or something similar.
plumbing - Cambridge
1 the water pipes and similar systems in a building:
There's something wrong with the plumbing.
2 the work of connecting water and other pipes in a building:
We did all the plumbing (work) in our house ourselves.

Hi Raymott,
Thank you for your help.
I had thought it was out of the face value.

Well, without context, that's what it means.
It could also mean that one has to visit the toilet in a hurry to pee.

Hello Raymott,
Thank you, again. I think I would interpret it at face value, after thinking it over. The man probably, who said that, was a plumber. I didn't watch it from the start.
Here's the scenario:
A woman keep asking her husband a question, which he wouldn't like to answer the question. Suddenly someone called him by phone, and he said to his wife, " I've got an emergency plumbing call. Don't wait up." Then, he went out.
