I have a question here indirectly related to languges. I hope you can offer some help!

From Yahoo,several issues are raising eyebrows about Sarah Palin , the presumptive Vice president of the republic.

One of those is during her leadership, ALASKA asked for about USD 300 per person in requests for pet projects, more than that of any other state in US.

I am wondering here whether you can tell us more about pet projects as well as its backgrounds?
