I've constructed some sentences of my own. Please check if I've used the words wrong!

Here we go:

A student's development is carefully monitored by his teachers and parents.

The doctor often monitors the development of the cancer in the patient's part of body and He's trying his bet to stop it.

The area where the crime took place is highly supervised by the police.

A:Can we go out for a walk?. B:I'm sorry I'm afraid I can't because I'm shattered so I need to rest!! what about tomorrow?!(means very tired)

Sadly enough, there has been a significant decline in the results of the students this year. This can be ascribed to the students' participation in many social activities.

He's a proficient young man. He manages well his job.

You seem to be tired, you need to unwind.
