Default observational

Hello everyone

I'd like to ask about the meaning of "observational" in the following context:

If the orbs lack the characteristic circles inside the outer circumference,
I wondered whether they are likely to be observational thought forms that have descended from the quantum field and are about to pop into physical manifestation in the physical plane.

Does "observational" mean the ones which can be observed, i.e. seen/perceived?

No, it seems to mean thought forms that can observe - which is a bit spooky.
