redgiant is an unknown quantity at this point
Default take on, overload

but the bigger a fed is, the more overload it can take on its roster as it can afford written deals and paying over the odds to get guys on the show in multi-man throwaway matches.

In this sentence, is "take on" overload= endure overload?
The dictionary shows that take sth on = to accept a particular job or responsibility, which is quite close, but not accurate, right?

Default Re: take on, overload

The more overload it can take on >> it is closer to absorb than to endure.
