Kindly correct the following letter

Sub. : First and Final Written Warning letter
This is in reference to the complaints of your work
You have already received several verbal warnings from me since you joined the company with regard to your unreasonable behavior at work. Unfortunately no improvement has been shown to date.

Specifically this unreasonable behavior involves:

1. Rudeness to superiors

2. Lack of co-operation when asked to complete your work by a certain time

3. Whenever we asked you to do any work , you always refused to do so, and replying that you will do this requested work later. This is not acceptable to the company policy. Especially the work about tidiness and cleanliness

4. Failure to carry out all tasks given by the Site Manager


5. Difficulty to understand the tasks given by the concern department

Under this circumstance, I intend to give you 14 days in which to improve your altitude to work.

I hope you will see that this matter is very serious and respond appropriately.
