| The context (two frieds talking, one of them says something very silly) makes clear spa means something like silly, naive, ridiculous or something like that but I don't know how offensive this word nor do I know the exact meaning. Maybe it's Irish slang. I've been unable to find an appropriate meaning in any dictionary so I was hoping you could help. |

| It may be an abbreviation of "spastic", which is a fairly common term of abuse among children and adolescents. Its use tends to be deprecated now. Best wishes, MrP
