abdmlkbd is an unknown quantity at this point
Default a quarter to six AND quarter to six

pls someone tell me the difference between:

"Come at a quarter to six"
AND
"Come at quarter to six"

It's just two ways of saying the same thing. (The 'a' is dropped in the second version - it's become a set phrase).
