Default PLS HELP point out some words in this video

A video about an Asian city newly elected legislative Councilor questioned by an English reporter. But I miss some words from the English reporter, can you help me to point out?

From 0.08-0.14

"MR CHAN, you were able to get a seat. Government friendly camp (misusing?) xxxxx x...something like it. Is that to your surprising."
