A video about an Asian city newly elected legislative Councilor questioned by an English reporter. But I miss some words from the English reporter, can you help me to point out?

"MR CHAN, you were able to get a seat. Government friendly camp (misusing?) xxxxx x...something like it. Is that to your surprising."
"Mr Chan, you were able to get one seat that, that, ah, the government friendly camp (?) is losing one seat. Ah, seems like it. That, ah, ... Is that to your surprising/surprise then?"
