Default help with this sentence

What is the problem for the LCD? Please explain it in more details. We need the detail to our customer as the latest shipment is Sept 19 which is late

Hi teacher, why use 'with' instead of 'for'?

LCDs can't have problems, which is what is said with "for" - there may be a problem with them.
