Would you be kind enough to explain to me the hypothetical difference between the activities in the following Bible’s couplets? (I allude to the grammatical aspect)

"Ask, and it will be given to you;
seek, and you will find;
knock, and it will be opened to you.

"For everyone who asks receives,
and he who seeks finds,
and to him who knocks it will be opened.”

everyone who asks receives,
=> everyone receives who asks,

he who seeks finds,
=> he finds who seeks,
