Default Helping an 8 yearold master English

How do I explain to an 8 yearold why "Her and me are friends." Is acutally She and I are firends.

For the same reason that we don't say 'me go' or 'me is hungry'. Tell him or her that 'me' normally comes after the verb, not before.
