vocabulary list
Good evening dear UE members.
I didn't know where to put this topic so please don't blame me if my decision was wrong.
I have been learning "English" for 7 school terms now. Until the tenth class I wasn't really interested in anything relating to school. Nowadays I know it was a big mistake because my vocabular isn't really huge.
I really want to learn new vocabularies but I don't know where to start. Therefore I'am searching for a list of basic english vocabulary with or without german translations. I am a student so I don't want to learn slang but words which help me to get a big assortment.
I don't want to use "He is big....He is uge....He is big....." and so on. I think you get my point.
If you know any websites which could help me please feel free to post them into this topic.
I would be very grateful.
Greetings Maluues

Welcome.
Well, this site will help you, naturally!
You can post any questions here, and will be answered by knowledgeable native English-speakers. We try to discourage slang, and we teach only Standard English (although occasionally some threads digress).
Just following the discussions will help you a great deal.
Others might be able to help you with links to specific sites to suit your needs.
Tschuss.
