Dislocated: to move a bone out of its normal position in a joint, usually in an accident
I dislocated my shoulder playing football.

Displaced: to force something out of its usual place or position
The water displaced by the landslides created a tidal wave.
ᅳdisplaced adjective

Regarding the collocation of "displaced" with body parts, I can't find this kind of usage in a Concordance:

If you mean can you spell it that way - No.

There is a medical term dysplasia, but its meaning is nothing to do with displacing a joint or bone: unusual development or growth of a part of the body such as an organ, bone, or cell, including the total absence of such a part.

Not to disagree with Anglika and albertino, there is the phrase "displaced fracture" which may be associated with the question.

Orthopedics - Hand and Wrist

True - but the spelling was the issue, not the term.
