Default my stomach was twisted in a tight kno
As the sun began to set I rode home for dinner, my stomach was twisted in a tight knot.

I think "my stomach was twisted in a tight kno" meant that I could not eat much or could only eat a little bit in dinner.

Right?

My stomach is usually twisted in a tight knot before I visit the dentist. ;)
