Default never heard this phrase before

Yesterday I heard a lady say, "He didn't know the difference between cum and secum (sp)." I get that he's stupid, but what does it mean litterally?

Spelling
succumb (verb) to surrender
come (verb) to ejaculate semen

"cum" (noun) also refers to sperm.
