Can we use a noun clause after wherever/ however/ wheneveer?

Are the following sentences correct?
1. Wherever you go doesn't matter.
2. Whenever he will come doesn't make any difference.
3. However beautiful she is makes no difference to him.

1. Your version is definitely better.
2. It doesn't make any difference when he comes.

I think there is a problem with all the original sentences with the "ever", which you've rightly deleted in your own sentences.

That -ever makes the WH-words stronger.

[Wher(ever) you go] doesn't matter.
[When(ever) he will come] doesn't make any difference.
[How(ever) beautiful she is] makes no difference to him.

The part of the sentence I put in the square brackets is the subject of the sentence.
