Default expressing opinions

Can you please give me some ways to express personal opinions?

And please tell me it is formal or informal.

Thanks a lot

Let me tell you, your thesis is wrong.

In my view....
In my opinion....
In my humble opinion.... [usually not said humbly]

May I say that....
If I could be allowed an opinion....

I am sure that others will have their own suggestions.
