term of "so bad it's Good"

"She is so bad it's Good"

I got the meaning of that as "She is not as so good as she looks" Although, I wonder if my own interpretation is correct

She's bad...she's brazen, she drinks, she smokes, she dresses provocatively, she doesn't care what other people think.....and some men find that irresistible. They like those qualities in a female and automatically assume she'll be a wildcat in bed. (That's the "she's good" part.)

So - in Detroit, this is the lingo and these are the sentiments an English teacher such as yourself is working with, familiar with, in your students?
Oh I've led a sheltered life.
I'm more atuned to lyrics such as:

It's just a matter of colloquial American English...."naughty" girls have been attractive to otherwise "good" boys for generations, as has the lingo regarding same. I'm not saying it's my personal preference, nor do I necessarily "teach" this to students....I'm merely explaining some common English slang to a person who inquired about it.

...and I was merely contrasting two realities, and commiserating that, as a teacher, you were confronted with (I presume 'confronted' is appropriate) and having to contend with the streetwise values expressed in the lyrics. I saw you in the position as having to accept such values as being 'valid' with little hope as an English teacher of raising their perspective above the street gutter.
It's one thing to enjoy sinking into the beast, the animal within....and quite another when the primordial ooze is all there is.

Now if people ask me about a person who reminds me of a “so bad it’s good” guy in U.K, I will say that’s John Lydon!
