Default Sentence Analysis

How many nouns are in the following sentence

"There is always work to do on farm."

"Farm" is obvious one. Can "always" be treated as noun?

There are two nouns. "Always" is not one of them.

I think " always" is an adv cos it stand before verb "work" and it modify to that word.

"Always" is an adverb modifying the verb "is". "Work" is a noun in this sentence.

"There is always work to do on farm."

There is always [noun] [verb] on [noun]. "There" and "to do" should relate to "always."
