I can't think of an equivalent term in British English; "Miss XYZ School" would be understood, and might be used casually from time to time; but I wouldn't think of it as a set phrase. You might sometimes hear "the school beauty"; but it sounds a little old-fashioned to me.

It's not necessarily always the most beautiful girl in the school, but if you describe a girl as a "Homecoming Queen", in AmE that indicates that she's very pretty and popular.
